Metropolitan School of the Arts is a private, coed secondary school (grades 7-12). For the 2024-25 school year, we will be enrolling students in grades 7 through 12. Because we are a private school, we accept applications from the entire Kansas City metropolitan area from either side of the stateline.  Students/families will be responsible for their own transportation to school - students will be able to drive private vehicles, arrange carpools, or access public transportation
